I like what you said about the shapeshifting, because techically that is what Nassim Haremein and Bashar are talking about when they say we deconstruct and construct every nanosecond (jiffy). Each thought, emotion, etc in the vacuum (contraction) reflects upon the reality we experience in the next expansion phrase. So with every thought we are shifting shape like a feedback loop.
