Yes, but Manetric's defenses are weak. Attack isn't everything. Milotic specialises in Sp. Attack.& Sp. Def. And Milotic's Sp. Attack is almost double the stats of Manetric's Sp. Def. You're the one who fails here.

i had so much trouble with milotic, but i used a gyarados with thunderbolt, then i waited until it used all of its ice beams, then i sent in tropius and used sunny day and solarbeam and took it out, the sunny continued and i one-hit KO'd whiscash... that was the most exciting battle i had been a part of

arial ace should replace swift on your skarmory and earthquake should replace mudshot on your swampert. and you can get brick break in sootopolis for your brelloom. your pokemon have horrible movesets.

I beat walace with a Blaziken (level 50) with half its hp, no hp restorers(oran berry, siturus berry, potion, fresh water, lemonade, super potion, max potion and full restore), no cheats. you're weak if you think walace is a tough trainer to beat.

@UltraDialgaX the reason gyrados ISN'T a water dragon type is cuz in red and blue the only dragon type attack was dragon rage which does 40 damage so gyrados wouldn't have any weaknesses... but then they thought of sableye and spiritomb which don't have any weaknesses. i guess you could foresight them with machamp and then be super effective on them, but nobody caries foresight or oder sleuth.
