@chilich33z That was the minority. They did it as a reaction to the slow reaction of the government. They figured that if the goverment wasn't helping them they had every right. After help arrived the stolen merchandise was returned and public apologies were made. Others immediately did everything they could to help their neighbours. Gave out clothing, blankets, food, tents or donated money. Times like this bring out the best and the worst in people no matter where you are in the world.

@entropyness I'm sure you would have enjoyed being there. Please be a little more comprehensive, I lived through that and it was horrible. I am very fortunate to have not lost my house, been injured or died. You wouldn't say something like that had you been through it yourself. I want to say that I hope you never have to go through it but I'm not sure if there would be any other way to change your poor attitude.
