Omg... what the hell about all this hating? I would be rather amused if I would get a bird and find out he'd be swearing sometimes^^ Not at all would that cause me to give it away or something. If a bird is capable of talking, I'm okay with that, but what really matters is it's character, not what it's saying!
why do some people over react about the swearing? Seriously parrots pick up words easily even if you're not talking to them directly, they pick up what they like. Thankfully I don't swear and it's not in my nature so my bird will never pick up swearing lol

It's not at all funny to teach a bird to swear. Have you any idea what sort of life he will lead if you ever let him go for any reason? He will NEVER be able to be rehomed, and wont even be able to spend the rest of his life in a sanctuary swearing like that. For goodness sake, stop it. At once. You could have such fun with him if you teach him proper words and phrases. They're beautiful and clever birds.
Our bird did the swearing already before we got her. We did teach her nice words and she talks nonstop, says things like "Fresh water", "Get the ball", "Get back here", "Hallo", "Bye-bye"... and the list goes on. I dont think that the swearing part is something to be concerned of, since we do not plan to give her away anyways, as she is one of the most important part of our family and we love her very much

@bringinbackgoodtimes Come on mate, who wouldn't want a bird that swears like a sailor? I would pay EXTRA to adopt a bird who swears like this, it's fucking hilarious.
Teaching a bird to swear isnt going to make people hate him.

....I think a little kid owns this bird and teaches it to curse for fun. Retarded rich parents.

if the bird has learned to "swear" its not doing any harm to the bird nor will it prevent a bird from being rehomed. C'mon ppl.
