these girls are not pushing off properly...when they move into the attack position, feet/hips/shoulders should all be facing forward, and both legs should be bent(at a forty five-ninety degree angle). All of your weight in attack should be on the balls of your toes in your driving foot. They're loosing a TON of power because their driving foot is on their back heel in attack. Ask a GOOD pitching coach. :)
