@mikeymac1529 I think Melissa mentioned before that she uses a bit of reverb and compression on the recording. There's a complete difference between auto-tune and the use of minor recording effects, you might be confusing reverb for auto tune... The shimmery, lingering sound of her voice is possibly the tone of her voice and the rest of the effect is created from computer effects. If you want legitimate auto tune look up t-pain.

@iSydneyfy hey there, i used the same tabs found online. EXACT same tabs. The only difference is that I tuned down my guitar 2 full steps (4 frets) to fit my range. :)

I started singing along in this key and tried to match it with the guitar. I found that, alternatvely to tuning down 2 whole steps, you can capo the first fret and play in an A position simply tuning the G down half a step and fooling around with that.

Kinda hard to improve on perfection though. Because that's what this cover is.
