so...in puerto rico people speak english fluently? so then how come every time my cousins come to visit here in florida, they barely know how to speak english?
Erm, well... I dunno... There's a variety of ppl every where, there's ppl in Florida who speak good spanish even tho it's not their main language and some ppl here or in other places where spanish is the main language, some ppl speak fluent english because they either had a better education, liked tv in english or listen to music in english it's really just a general thing...
