Light-medium snow is an annual thing in Tokyo. Usually 2~5 days (not necessarily consecutively) every year.
aw, you should have gone out for setsubun that day! I went to Zojo-ji in Hamamatsucho and Kanda Shrine. At Zojo-ji they did mame-maki inside the temple and Kanda the snow added to atmosphere.

Wow, the snow is already starting to melt, but that's no surprise in subtropical Tokyo. Still very beautiful though.
