@realistic28 the NDP has destroyed the economy of every province they've ever had a chance to run and some people want to put them in charge of the entire country? Hah, what a disaster that would be.
shot up Dosanjh! after you screw up BC in your NDP, now you're attacking it cuz you're a Liberal now. Whatever dude, what are you really standing for?
Harper lost his right to lead Canaday at that bankrupt election where Canadians sick of 'polytricks' of selfish rascals did not turn up to vote. No one's now bothered about who leads the proposed coalition of the opposition as long as the frustrated intelligent Canadians in all camps are represented and the time-tested principles of political science, democracy and economics are followed to keep Canada away from those scores of countries in turmoil today thanks to idiotic political leaders.
I actually thought it was a bit strange that the conservatives didn't want her in the debate. The Greens are obviously going to further split the left wing vote which will only help Haper. I thought it was great she was there and she did really well.
Thank fully the NDP are still 11 points behind in the coming May election. I hope the gap widens to keep his old cronies out from EVER getting back in here.
oops...Traitor. But the point still stands. The peon needs to get out of Canada and take Bob Rae and Glen Clark with him. May is a Liberal co-conspirator whose goal, shared with Clark and Dossanjh, is to subvert the Canadian left. May, having an electoral agreement with Dion, had no business being in the debate. I supported the Green Party's to desire to enter the debate and have had letters published in newspapers to that effect, but now they've shown their true colours as Liberal cronies.
One more thing...If the Fiberals wanted to prevent Tory majorities, they had 13 years to fix our electoral system to make sure every vote counted and ensure that religious right majorities would be impossible; and like Bush trying to run the world's most powerful nation, they failed miserably.
With no sun spots we can look forward to about 30 years of global cooling. The main cause of warming is water vapour and CO2 has nothing to do with that. If we allow CO2 to increase, plants will grow biggest and faster, giving off more O2 which will help all animal life on the planet. The global warming is a hoax designed to make a lot of people rich. The original reason was to transfer wealth from rich countries to poor ones, nothing to do with climate.
I am so fed up with the attack adds from all sides. Can't anyone find something good to say about anyone. Jack Layton is so proud of saying he opposed 43 votes in a row. There must have been something in some of them that he could support. The green party members don't even know how much CO2 is in the air, I have heard anywhere from 1 to 30 percent. Just for you idoits it is about 300 parts per million and plants will die if it goes below 200. Greenhouses generate CO2 up to 1000 parts for growth
Could you please further explain your CO2 stuff? Here's the reality: the percentage of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has gone up by nearly 40% since the industrial revolution. This heats up atmospheric water particles which increases the number of high elevation clouds, which further traps heat, which decreases the amount of snow to reflect the sun's heat, which further heats the world up. There are countless different global systems all across the world and they are all affected by this.
Ujjal Dosanjh can say whatever likes. He can dislike all the New Democrats all he likes, He was the one to pull off a Bob Rae while priemer of Britich Colombia, hence, big failure. As a matter of a fact this is the same Liberal mouth-running just for votes.
The Liberals are known for raiding the public coffers. That why Martin was thrown out last election.
The Liberal party's green shift will never get implemented because the professional thieves known as the liberal MPs will raid the coffers first.
Not to mention that the Liberals support criminalizing mix tapes and sharing a CD between 2 members of the same family just like Harper. They have the same lobbyists on their backs.
I agree that Layton made a mistake. Everyone makes them. However, what was Dion's position when Harper decided to keep Canadian troops in Afghanistan ? It was only the NDP would stood up against that.
Of course, let terrorists roam free in Afghanistan plotting to attack another one of our allies.
The NDP promise to much. Where are we going to get that money? We'll borrow way to much, we've been on a good track since '93. We'll have a huge deficit. Oh, and taxing businesses $50 billion isn't the smartest for the economy.
What terrorist ? You want terrorist then tell Bush to inquire his Saudi friends for answers. They will tell you where the terrorist are. Do you think people in Afganistan have money to fight a war ? I don't think so. Its all comming for Saudi Arabia which is an ally of the US. When the Saudis and bin Ladens come to U.S the government puts restrictions so the U.S officals can't question them.
Don't ever propose taking the dedicated forces of Canada out of Afghanistan ever again. They are dedicated to making Afghanistan a better place, and giving Canada a name for itself in Afghanistan. They are delivering school supplies to Afghani children and building bridges, schools, hospitals, roads, and trying to make people less afraid of the Taliban. I have a friend who was born in Afghanistan and moved to Edmonton in 2001. He loves GEORGE BUSH, for trying to liberate them from constant fear.
Its too bad your friend was not in Iraq when an Iraqi journalist tossed his shoes at Bush. I bet your friend would and came in the shoe's way and took the hit for Bush.
And may-Dion have conspired to manipulate the votes of dedicated Green Party supporters. Which is worse? See Paul Wells and Le Devoir for the ugly details. Betrayal is never pretty.

I like Dosanjh. His NDP party ruined BC economically and he had the sense to jump ship over to the Liberals.

Here's my list of support.
1. Conservative/Harper
2. Liberal/Dion
3. Green/May (though I think Global Warming is a scam, I'm not an environmentalist)
4. Christian Heritage/Gray
5. Libertarian/Young
6. Independent
I'm not even close to thinking about supporting Layton, he's a fraud... just like the NDP
