If it worked as well as people claim it did he'd be rich already, yes technically the car runs on water but it isn't energy efficient at all, it costs more energy to utilize the water as an energy source than it gives in return.
Basically you break apart the hydrogen and oxygen molecules "using energy" and when they combine again you get some energy back and use that to run the car.
The only upside vs gas is that this is "clean" but then you may as well go for an electric powered car.

They created a fully functional water powered car, the company worked for over a year to get it into production and mysteriously the company was shut down. They did hundreds of live demonstrations though, and presented it to government officials numerous times, each time being turned down, as the concept was not profitable.

@buddyclubs Check' Stanley Meyer' an American invenhtor who found a way to run his car on water4 in 1980.. He could have ended the the car's sole dependence on oil. But they killed him before he could make it big with his contract with the Pentagon. The oil industry does not want water powered car.

If it worked as well as people claim it did he'd be rich already, yes technically the car runs on water but it isn't energy efficient at all, it costs more energy to utilize the water as an energy source than it gives in return.
Basically you break apart the hydrogen and oxygen molecules "using energy" and when they combine again you get some energy back and use that to run the car.
The only upside vs gas is that this is "clean" but then you may as well go for an electric powered car.
