I love Sam! She did what she thought she had to do to survive, she was trapped.
.... Now I can't say that what she did was right, but she did it, and can't take it back.
The fact that she was albe to recover from all of this, and build a new life for herself, shows how strong she is. Sam is one of the best characters GH has ever had, and no one can pull her off like Kelly Monaco! :) Sam is my girl! <3
What I don't understand is the calling out of a fanbase. How can anyone justify what sam did to two innocent children by putting them in harms way. Sam who was abused herself should have NEVER even thought to hire two thugs to hold guns on those two boys.. NOT too mention she watched a woman kidnap Jake then she did not allow Lucky & Liz to appear on her show to appeal for help from the public to find Jake when he was kidnapped.. And you want viewers to feel sympathy for this child endangerer?
kelly did an amazing job in this scene, it was intense..just like all of her other scenes. kelly rocks, i'm constantly in awe of her acting abilities...gh did a great job in planning the scene too, i'm glad they addressed this matter
This isn't domestic abuse. Bill Monroe found out Angie (Sam) had married him just to rob him blind and he went ballistic on her ass!
So she killed him to keep him from killing her but what she did to him and all the other poor shlubs before him was criminal and worthy of prison time.
Kelly has always been an amazing actress! she is my fav actress and steve burton is my fav. actor! i kept gasping throughout this whole scene. and whoevr keeps saying (below my comment) tht sam deserved it. go. to. hell.
i'm so tired of the much heated hate on the character sam from liason fans...the writers never give her any good justice and happiness they have taken so much from her character...i can forgive all mistakes if the person owns up to them and truly feels remorse...as if things can't get any worse for her character
Well things are looking up for her now :) Her and Jason are back together, she's got her P.I. business, things are good with her mother. I think its not bad for her now, but the past was crap for her. lol
I just remembered there was this scene back when she was pregnant when her old boyfriend Nico was after her and Jason took her to the island. He asked if she ever used a shot gun because of the way she was holding it. I guess we got the answer.

there is not one set domestic scene. GH did an amazing job in portraying what could have been a realistic event... Kelly Monaco did an amazing job portraying a victim in that situation.
well in the storyline, Samantha (Kelly Monaco) kept flashing back to her abuse that happened years earlier, and yeah this was the one time where they showed the WHOLE scene and not just flashes..
Only Kelly can pull that off! She deserves stunt woman's comp for all the things she's put her body through over the years! As for Sam I bet that was nothing compared to that asshole Jason accusing her of taking Lucky's son the other day! Poor Sam like she told him what the hell's happened to him!
Slutmantha deserved everything. Too bad Bill didn't give it to her better. He shoulda shot her lying, nasty ass! He should beaten her better! Bitch!
