Namaste! I have fixed your Spicey Potatoes recipe and it was delish! I just got back from the store with a head of cabbage, serrano peppers, and peas... The cilantro will have to wait until next time because I forgot it. :-)
Thank you for your recipes! You are teaching me how to cook! (HUGS)
Thank u manjula, i watched this receipe just in my free time, I loved ur presentation and the correct quantity. I would like to go through ur videos to study more north indian dishes, as i know only south indian dishes
Cud u give some tips on how to chop the cabbage. I chop the cabbage into 4 pieces and then cut along the corner, then whatever long slices are there I cut those into smaller pieces.
Is there a better way to chop this, the way u do it cos u have long and consistent slices
I always mess up bandh ghpbhi ki subzi..will try your recipie today..also I am not very fond of open pan cooking..could you tell me how much time would it take in a pressure cooker?
I know you must be very busy but I patiently await your next post. Could you please post your recipes more often. I am off next week and want to cook everyday. Please post so that I may present some lovely food to my Punjabi fiance. Thank you, your wonderful to do this for us! Happy New Year!
Another winner! So easy to make thanks to your clear and straight-forward instructions. You're easily the best chef on the internet. I love your main dishes and make your breads and side-dishes to accompany even meals based on foods from other cultures. One of my friends asks me to serve your naan and cabbage chang dal salad every time I make vegetarian lasagna for a dinner party!
Manjula - love your recipes, and the instruction is easy to follow.
I went to a local indian food restaurant a while back and they had a dish that contained cabbage and coconut. Do you know the name of that dish? If you know how to cook such a dish, would you mind posting the recipe? It is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted!
Thank-you thank-you. This is going to the top of my favorites. You are the best. Such a wonderful person & clearly the BEST cook to watch. Your family is so lucky to have you. I subscribed to your site when I was trying to make roti recipe, I've made yours ~7/8 times...I love it. I'm addicted to your home-cooking. I'm glad you are back with another gr8 recipe after your cold.
i know you do not use onions but i believe that sauteed onions would go good with the cabbage. i use onions in everything though lol. thanks for another great recipe!

I had looked at your channel before I chose it, thinking "what a pity that there's no Manjula recipe for this..." So, thanks a lot, next time I will try this one! The one I did had urid dal instead of peas. I think I will prefer the peas, as they are fresh and crunchy and look nice :-)
