I feel ya dude, How am I going to try and stay off the streets if I don't have any money to live. I live in Canada and am about to take E.I for the first time.. Any tips would be great dude.
@DCMA247 Make sure you fill out any info required by E.I. Make sure you fill out your bi-weekly reports, and don't let them sit unfilled for more than 6 weeks. Last, make sure you declare any official income you get. If you don't, they'll find out eventually, and penalize you for not declaring it.
@CyberHangman I find it hard living day to day and if it was not for family I'd be screwed.. I really think I should get money back after all the years I worked and never asked for anything from the goverment of Canada.

Employment insurance can't be taxed by the Canadian feds. At least I don't have that to worry about.
