wow i've been eercising & i've built up my legs upper body & my stomach has changed from the exercise, looks nothing like the pregnancy belly i had before but its still needs to be strengthened & toally toned cause i've a lil belly from pregnancy still but with core work , lil,yoga & resistance training it'll disappear
