  • He recorded this version on a 12 inch single as well

  • @CowboyBootedNJ - thanks.

  • Seen Bobby do this version at the Valley Forge Music Fair in Devon -1988...It was electrifying!

  • @ejm604 - he is still good after so many decades.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • i absolutely love this version! i love the original version, too, especially the cutie kitty icon being posted and of course, the beautiful scenery. the kitty looks innocently so cute! it makes you want to take it home. thanks for sharing, asianfan!

  • I like both versions. This is something different and very neat. Thanks.

  • This is a great version. I especially like the 80's beat that accompanies it. Great job mr. Donovan

  • Both the slow and fast versions are nice in their own ways. I like them both.

Thanks and glad you enjoy this version.

  • Is this CD available somewhere? Where can I get it?

  • Hi, I got this song from an LP long ago before I got rid of the album. I think you can get it on ebay or some used record stores. if you just want this song, I can email to you if you send me a message.

  • It's well adapted to the 80's style.

And honestly, they are both nice in their own way... Can't really compare them, it's like an apple compared to an orange.

  • Thanks, each version is nice in its own way. I actually like both.

  • I like this song too. It's too bad it wasn't as popular as his slower version in 1972.

  • exelente version hasta para bailar movido pero pegado lo mejor gracias por compartirla

  • Thanks.

  • This is totally different from the slower version.

  • Brilliant Version.. Thanks

  • You are very welcomed.

  • I just found the 12" single for this recently. I like it a lot. Thanks for posting it up here!

  • You are very welcome Gunbuck7, glad I can share it with everyone!

  • Great version! Really jazzed up and it displays the diverse musical talent of Bobby. I did see him perform this version at Valley Forge Music Fair and it was electrifying!

  • the slower one is better .

  • I like the slower version too!

  • did you mix this yourself?

  • This came from the 1988 LP of Bobby Vinton.

This is his own remake of his 1972 slower version.

Bobby's 1972 version is a remake of the original version by Brian Hyland

  • it's wonderful

  • Thanks, you are very welcome!

  • Like the new version but prefer the original

  • Hi Cd23nr, yes, I like the original slow version of 1972 as well. But this 1988 version is not bad too, just something different. Thanks for enjoying it.
