@albina1408 Astana is the name of the team Lance rode for at the time. It's corporate sponsership was originally put together by Alexsander Vinokourov (sp?), a Kazakh rider, and consisted of several different Kazakh companies

Yeah, the original plan was to ban them to make races more interesting by being less predictable - the riders have to make decisions for themselves but I think it has had the opposite effect.
It just seems as if team tactics and riders are being a lot more conservative.
