  • very true, i recomend people to visit - lumosity.com. you will find a wide variety of brain exercises that will improve long term congnitive function. i also recomend to take high dose of anti-oxidants from things like tomatoes blueberry's, or even ginko biloba and ginseng suplements. omega 3 is essential too.
