By the way, I also love the second half of this video where they advocate being "selfish" and "taking care of yourself first." I don't know why so many people on this planet still have a belief that "selfishness is bad." To me, selfishness is the best thing in the world. You can't give from an empty cup, right? You have to fill up your own cup first, and then let it overflow to others who are ready to receive what you have to offer. That's my opinion anyway.
