Libya are the nice country, and Tripoli its a beatifull, i was working there from 1982-1987 i love Tripoli and i will love to visit this town again and to meet my old libyan friends therre.

hi it nice to remember Tripoli ..i was there 199. to 2003 ..i have witness how that Al Fatah Tower during the construction up to it was finished ..i used to drive down seaside road from five tower going gurgi.rd .....i missed tarablus ...i am a filipino who works with italian company ..i drove most of the streets in tripoli ..

i miss libya i remember when i was a littile kid going to those places n my mom use to work in eye hospital it shows on the picture of the building n i use to live right beside the hospital n i think the hospitals name is moshtashfa ayon

i actually live in tripoli and its a great place to live in ... ive seen comments about dirty places , i would just like to say there isnt a perfect country .. but in my opinion its a great place to live in ,, ive lived in the uk and theres dirty places as well , but like i said there isnt a perfect country = ) thanks for the pictures. = )

I will going to Tripoli in October and getting really exited about seeing the city. Do not know much about this country though. Is it safe to be moving about as a foreigner there? Do many people speak English there? What is the best way to move about? Taxi? Is the dress code there conservative?

1st , its safe city ,you can walk and enjoy anytime

2nd,not many ppl speak english , but they can understand some simple words

3th,the best way to move is taxi of cours but be carefull with the fees , from the airport to city center its 10 dinars

4th , for men u can wear whatever u want , and for women too , but not showin alots of body in public , like bikini or mini skerts

I would loove to go back to Libya! I was born in Surman, Libya and lived there for 9 years. Growing up there was such a great experience, and I would like to go back there just to experience the life there as an adult =)

it looks nice and clean but unfortunately ..in this video they only showing the clean parts of the libyan capital..there is some other places which is located in the cetntral of tripoli.its really ran down...its looks horrible
