This video has great potential! What you should try to do next time you're using a slower song would be to fade the clips either together or to black at every change. This will soften the sharp 'flash' that you get from scene to scene (0:50-0:51). The clips with the flash already in them at 1:01-1:02 match the timing PERFECTLY (Great placement!).

For a first AMV you've done a wonderful job, I am quite impressed.
