  • Begtowing Remix "sucks coxks"

  • Too restricted in sound. Its either for solo piano or NON solo remix group. Notice I said "remix" like you failed to do with this. I am sorry. Its morning and my Beethoven hasn't kicked in yet. Nice choice but not uniquely different.

  • love it soothes me takes the edge off my ice queen bitch tendencies

  • not bad

  • good remix i like it

  • So you know Holli for I haven't ever told you, but,, I listen to your remix over and over many times a day ;). It is my daily meditation song to clear my mind, focus my spirit & center my soul to align with the cosmos. Thank you so much & warmest hugs as always!

    oh & while I am here ;)

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia;

    A remix is an alternative version of a song, made from an original version. This term is also used for any alterations of media other than song (film, literature etc.).

  • @TrellaMcMahon So YOU are the reason this song keeps my view count up :)

    Thank you for that Trella.

    Yeah, it is a remix in the traditional sense, the word remix now a days has a different meaning, I'd have to add a hip hop beat or something to qualify with it as a "remix". How ever, I took a mix and mixed it again, hence it's a re-mix :)

    I wonder what remix will mean 50 years from now...

  • @HolliValsMusic hmmm, well you know how I feel on this subject ;). I am just one simple humble heart it comforts so often,, you are the magical musical wizard who brings it to life for us all to heal the pain & dust off souls. Thank you Holli, love & warm hugs

  • @HolliValsMusic I hope we move to the time "remix" with so many other words when looked at/heard for the first time, the great ones, the first word that instantly comes to mind is Art & *smiles most softly, I have that same dream for the word music......

  • Sounds nice!

    not sure if it classifies as a remix though... havn't you just overlayed an echoey effect over the origonal?

  • @AnalogueAbsynth Yes, well it's a re-mixed version, all though it's not a remix as in added beat and such. Any suggestion for a better word?

  • @HolliValsMusic Suggestion for a better word? Edit or Dub.

  • @ClientsMusic Well yes...though being a musician/sound guy, an edit for me is like cutting the chorus out and replace it with the intro or something. Not sure what Dub means...

  • Comment removed

  • @ClientsMusic to edit would be making cuts so no, not really, Dub, maybe. Search the Wikipedia for dub, it should explain it & toasting often done in dubbing, as well a few other magical techs. we play with in the world of creating art from the spirit which lasts forever. Peace, love, light & hugzzz,, hope to see you soon Holli,,

  • @AnalogueAbsynth It tis indeed a "remix" & an amazing one. Blessings, love & light.

  • Thank you Aleynaa, thanks for listening.

  • HolliVals_Your Moonlight Sonata is masterful...in a very unusual form, that is quite appealing...echoes...apropos.

    Thank you for your visit.

    Thinking about the people of Chile and also Haiti...and all that goes wrong in the world.

    Still there is time for love and families and making _Right

  • @231nDub1tableParad0x Thank you Ulric. It took me some years to realize that there was a piano present in the beginning of Echoes, thought it was an actual submarine sonar :)

    Thanks for listening.

  • This is AMAZING!!!! I remeber when in piano lessons I firstreceived this work, I was so intimitated!! I wish I didn't quit lessons after so many years of them..was too hard 2 keep up with that, flute and drums (now I do violin)

    ~~ This sound you have created is brilliant!! It is mournful, yet also so wonderfully gorgeous .. :)

    ~~~ send memore when you make them!!!! I'm looking forward to it.
    Cheers xox Holli
  • Hey Holli.
    Thank you so much for your comment. One day I will get a human pianist to play this in a certain location on a certain instrument and have it mixed in a certain studio.
    Hey! Let us hear that violin :)
    Thanks again, there is more on the way pretty soon.
  • If I wasn't AWFUL at playing my violin I would, I just started a year ago... just to have another instument to try.... I can't wait until your dream comes true and you have everything you have your vision of for this masterpiece .. that will be incredible! can't wait for more :)
  • Thank you Sly. I wish we could travel back in time and hear it the way he himself wanted to.
  • Hi there, have always loved Beethovens Sonata, I like your take on it, has a haunting feel to it. Hopefully your fantasy will become reality for you in the future. Good Luck with it.
  • Thank you so very much HekaRa3. I still wonder what Beethoven self would say about all those recordings of it. Imagine that most people only possess a fraction of his hearing, when it was still good.
  • dont bother me, are you from iceland ? all past week i talked with a friend about you country, we think is the greateast on the planet.
  • Yes I am. If you plan on going there you should go around the middle of june or the middle of december. In june we have daylight almost 24 hours and in december we have a tiny little bit sun for a few hours, but chances for northern lights are big during that time.
  • wow thank you. I'm truly honored and touched. Thank you so much. Make me tear up,Holli.
    It's hypnotizingly beautiful...
    I have no doubt that your dream of recording this with a world class pianist in a Cathedral will beome a reailty.
  • its great. could you down the tempo of the song ? just a little
  • Hey xhava, that is a good proposal, I even slowed it down quite a bit to begin with :) I also have other ideas to increase the melancholy in it.
    I wish we could just travel back and record Beethoven him self performing it. Just imagine, he died in 1827 and the first music recording took place in 1860 arrrggghhh, only 33 years!
