  • This bread is amazing! I make it at least once a week. Thanks for the recipe!

  • Gluten info cont...

Now before you bake it I will warn you, the smell is unbelievablely unbearable.

But bake it, it will buff up really good, bake for about 15-25 minutes maybe an hour. When does take it out and cut it open. And walla.

I learned this from my niece.

  • If you eat freshly baked bread right out of the oven your eating gluten which is a rubbery part of the bread. This is bad for your stomach.

If you wanna see what I am talking about this is what you do. Make plain dough (small size just for the test) then after the dough is made you use warm water in a dish and but the dough into this water and kneed the dough in the water which will bring out the starch. Repeat this until no more starch is seen in the water.

    Then you cook the dough.

  • Thank You so much for sharing this recipe! I went out today and bought the ingredients! It's rising as we speak! You are so fun to watch in your cooking videos :)

  • Such a great recipe!!!! I have always Hated trying to make bread the traditional way. All that needing...who has time. I think this would be the answer I've looked for. I love to cook, but not to bake so much. Great that the dough can be kept in the fridge for a while too. Thanks sooo much for this recipe and the step by step videos. You are my FAVORITE on you tube. Cooking, kitties, makeup and such a clever, funny gal. You are the best!

  • oooooh !!! that looks amazing I am soo jealous now ^^

    thanks 4 sharing :D

  • you are making me want to bake some bread right now LOL it looks delicious!

  • EXCEPTIONAL!

  • YUM, I want some fresh, hot, homemade bread now! My mom used to make bread to sell...she had a grinder and all that jazz. It was very thick and hearty, but I like regular bread better! LOL!

  • You can use Parchment paper instead of cornmeal on the pizza peel, it really works great, I use the parchment paper for baking fish too, wrap up the fish you know sealed like to keep the moisture in and it bakes with steam inside. Anyway, I seem to have a digestive problem with corn meal...go figure....You are amazing Aprille

  • Is there anything more annoying than having to spread cold butter onto something? lol I hate that!

But yum! My brother is a bread fiend...we used to call him the "biscuit nazi" at Thanksgiving because he would count and make sure everyone had their right amount...he would love this. I love your cooking videos. :~)

  • i see a hello kitty :)
