Welll, he is not breaking anything, he is not disturbing really. He seems to be cleaning, watering, and doing some kinda maitinence. He did it for less than 3 min, so thats not so bad. Now, here is the thing, that was NOT public domain, that is his property, if he found this, he could very well sue you for video taping him without concent on private property. If you ask me, your kinda being creepy, video taping your neighbor when he is doing pretty mundane non illeagal stuff. CREEEEEEEEEEPY
That's a laugh, he has broken stuff of ours, you didn't have to live beside him, you wouldn't know. It's not HIS property, it's GOVERNMENT property, he's not even registered to live there. He is a freeloader, what he is doing is illegal, no worse than a bum on east side downtown vancouver. Besides, when I reported him I was given consent from the housing portfolio manager to film him so I can have some proof that he is there since they have no record of him or knew he was living there.

How are you any better, your living in government housing as well! Legaly to tape someone on what is known as private property you have to get their concent in writing, otherwise your not protecting yourself and could be found in breach of a law and suitable to be sued for damages. Just keep that in mind, be careful out there!

There is a little thing called the age of accountability. Its when you turn 13. Your just another person out there who thinks that success gives them the right to treat people like garbage and that everyone in the world is there for your amusement. Your still no better then they are.
How did I treat them like garbage? Ive never stepped foot on their property or threaten them. I've had to smile and bare their verbal attacks towards me and my family. Funny how you're saying that, weren't you just treating ME like garbage because you thought I couldn't get anywhere because I've lived in government housing just like them? It is amusing because they're stupid enough embarrass themselves and so are you for trying to defend people who can't be responsible enough to pay their bills.
Do you think you can mind your own business when someone who is that obnoxious, who is not the father of the children in that household, who does not contribute to rent and is living next door illegally, expects your family to be their personal maids while your family work so hard to have a home?!
Hah, never apparently. It's basically a daily ritual for him, I think he might have OCD...
Lately he's been a little better though, I saw him picking up rocks, leaves and other garbage in his garden and just throwing them under our bushes. He also tried to kick some of it over too, it was too funny. And I'll add in that it just stopped raining here so sweeping and kicking debris around is no easy task.
I got neighbor 's who think they're guests have the right to go running all over other peoples front lawns, driveways etc.
And insulting you with " what what what ?
& and then asking " Is there a problem?
