Let's think clearly (hard for Pakis and Chinese). There are two possibilities

1. Mechanical failure by Indian made copter.

2. Human error by Ecuadorian pilots.

Which is more likely? Which country has better trained forces, better technology and better military experience? It's a no contest. Ecuadorian pilots are much more likely to make a mistake than Indian engineers.

Besides we know that India has been using the copter for years in the worlds most difficult battlefield.
