Non Commissioned Officers, basically anything corporal and above in the Army and USMC, and anything Petty Officer 3rd class and above in the Navy, and I dont much about the airforce. NCO's are enlisted personnel in leadership position, but still lower ranking than officers, however that said, not all NCOs are in a leadership position.

@Spawn40k In the Air Force once you get to Staff Sargent you are an NCO. Which is the way it works in the Civil Air Patrol which is the same ranking system as the Air Force.
