@bmxsnowskate no it ain't. it's important to remeber to turn the sled off. just drag it out of the water, remove the spark plugs and pull until there's no more water in the cylinders. can also be a good thing to empty the tank.

yeah its always good to turn off the sled if its going under, otherwise the carb will take in water instead of air, then it'll freeze and its a bitch to get out. I've seen sleds where the rider remembered to turn it off and when he got it out of the water he started it right away, no problem :P
