People should know this, it is called SHISHAN not CHECHEN, "shishan" means in adyge language "horse behavior" that is the name of the dance because the dancers run like horses.

ppl think this is chechens dance because they confuse the word chechen with shishan and it is ignorance wrong!!

this dance is taken from the ancient dance of "Isalamey

THis how they got there names. Just Russian or Turkish spell it Chechen.

The Veinakh used to have a saying like "You have the bravery of a Kabardian" it was one of there complements.

Adyghe Kabardian and Noxchi Veinakh interact alot in the past before Slavs, and Turks divide them.
