this is not even accurate! Most of the ARM's she is talking about are tied into the LIBOR indexs, or 1 yr T BIll, COFI, etc. Index+Margin+ new rate! PRIME IS MORE TOWARDS HOME EQUITY LINES OF CREDIT! AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, there are Home Equitys Available AT or BELOW prime!!!!
