Nice footage. that crocodile stalking's kind of thrilling. Bow hunting looks quite easy, just because you can do it. Planning to buy a compund bow myself.
Love the video, people don't realise the skill needed to stalk an animal and to make a clean shot with a bow, its a heck of a lot harder than a rifle and usually takes a lot more hours to perfect the bow rather than the rifle.

@Brooks92100 These thing are vermin on my property and cause major damage digging holes looking for food etc. This in turn causes my cattle to break legs when they fall or trip in a hole and I then have to put them down. The pigs breed like crazy and compete with my cattle for food, causing me to spend thousands of dollars a month in grain. I really dont care how close someone gets as long as they get a good clean kill shot first time. While I see them as pests I dont want to see them suffer.

Call this hunting if it makes you feel better. These animals have no real predators, they are not hunted on a daily bases and it shows. The buffs and pigs have no sense of alarm when out the water. I've hunted Africa where the game is continually hunted by lions, leopard and cheetah and other predators. There is no way you would "stalk" up to african game with the ease shown in this video. May as well shoot fish in a barrel.

What do you do with them after they are shot? are they being hunted for food? I just came across this video on google earth as i was looking at some of the amazing landscape in this area and wondered exactly what was there. Looks totally unpopulated for miles around

I lived in the area as a child and know the devestation they cause. The only people who live in the area are cattle farmers and local aboriginals. Good on the hunters who help preserve the wetland plains of our Northern Territory.

The hogs up north Australia are massive because they feed with impunity an see no humans except for aborigines when they go hunting.
I don’t agree with hunting but I agree with bow hunting as it’s more humane than a rifle.those salt water crocs when they catch a hog will leave nothing.

Call this hunting if it makes you feel better. These animals have no real predators, they are not hunted on a daily bases and it shows. The buffs and pigs have no sense of alarm when out the water. I've hunted Africa where the game is continually hunted by lions, leopard and cheetah and other predators. There is no way you would "stalk" up to african game with the ease shown in this video. May as well shoot fish in a barrel.

What do you do with them after they are shot? are they being hunted for food? I just came across this video on google earth as i was looking at some of the amazing landscape in this area and wondered exactly what was there. Looks totally unpopulated for miles around

@fi85 These animals are pests and not native they destroy the native habitat they are eaten and if not who cares as said before they are destroying native wet lands. I lived in the area as a child and know the devestation they cause. The only people who live in the area are cattle farmers and local aboriginals. Good on the hunters who help preserve the wetland plains of our Northern Territory.
