@boontime You didn't give me proof for your point: ''Guilty till the opposite is proven''. as a muslim who read the quran I can say that Sharia isn't in the Quran. Only some rules but the punishments like gave in the sharia is not in the quran.

But if she is raped it is a bit more complicated. ''The man who raped my wife need 4'' witnesses to proof he didn't raped her. If he can proof it than she will be accused for adultery.
