I have seen Ivanka on various programmes and am very impressed. She comes across as being very intelligent, assertive and confident as well as being very beautiful. Of course she is fortunate to have been born rich, but many children of rich people get sucked under and mess their lives up.....but Ivanka has made a success of herself. I also like both Ivana and Donald her parents....they come across as being decent people.

Totally agree with preimer!! I have a lot of respect for people who began from scratch having little or risking much. These people, having succeeded after many ups and downs, I admire. I can't say the same about Ivanka... For the rich it's so much easier to get richer - no question about that.

Generally nobody will ever convince her that it was her father's wealth not her wits, being smart or anything else that made her successful. People have the tendency to think the world of themselves when something goes well in their lives and it is rather luck/coincidence/affluent family/other factors rather than their skills.

By the way, Donald is supposedly such a strong character yet he can't cope with baldness... Shame... Womanly... I know the value of a person is not measured by hair - on the other hand, it IS measured by the way a person deals with their imperfections...

Ivanka is not an investor. Investors risk capital for a future return. Ivanka just gets all her money from her father. She started a jewlery line not from risking capital but from her fathers millions. Anyone can do that. Do it with free money enough times and your sure to hit it big at some point. Anyone can do that. Try it with every cent you own and put your life on the line and the end result is much different and stressful. I have no respect for her.

If you get 100 people and give each of them $1mil, after a few years 70 of them are going to have nothing, 20 of them are going to have the same $1mil, 9 are going to have more and 1 is going to be filthy rich. It's not about the money, it's about the man its dream and how determined he/she is to never quit. Being successful/rich isn't an end result but a side effect of living without the fear of failure and without accepting "quit" and "too hard" in your vocabulary.

the more money you have the more money you CAN make. Her being rich she could invest more = more profit = more investments = more profit, and more rich

i would say getting the money was done in a flash for her, risking it in investments was the part that takes skill, whether she has that or not i cant say for sure i mean she might have 10 financial advisors..

The trumps are running scared. Theyve been on tv trying to sell the news that real estate has bottomed and thats its time to buy but this collapse is only in the 3rd inning. You people have to understand that the trumps make their money on advertisements and endorsements, not on investing accumen. Especially ivanka. Shes not an investor at all. She makes her money on endorsements. He dad bought all her real estate, not her. Shes smart but only a salesperson, not an investor.
