Exactly what I mean! You pay 16% of your healthcare while the average worker pays upwards of 30%. That's not too much to ask to raise yours at a time when many private sector workers get no retirement benefit at all. Being a government worker is a privilege, not a right. We need a balanced budget NOW.

Vote NO on issue 2 .Stand with the teachers who help us find our potential in life, the fire fighters and police officers who keep us safe, the nurses who take care of us when we are sick. NO NO NO on issue 2. Unsafe, unfair and hurts us all (except the bilionaires at the top that is).

@baritonebynight If you honestly think that government workers are at the bottom of the food chain, then you're an ignorant retard. These workers get paid much more than the average worker. Why don't government workers like fire fighters and police officers pay for their own retirement like everyone else? Go to France or Greece if you want the country you reside in to go bankrupt. But don't fuck everything up for the people who actually want a balanced budget.

@okraiders6 What do you consider to be the average worker? One who risks their life to protect use like police and firefighters? Thoes who have advanced degrees and training teaching our kids algebra, chemistry, calculus, music, art, literature, biology or elementary school? Most public workers are already paying 10% for retirement and I'm paying 16% for my healthcare. This bill is designed to bust the union plain and simple to help the top 1%.

@baritonebynight Opponents of State Issue 2 don't want to reform Ohio. They enjoy the old system that gives union bosses instead of taxpayers, control of our schools and services. They take millions of our tax dollars every year directly out of government employee paychecks and spend that money rewarding politicians who protect their power. It's killing our state, breaking our budgets and costing us jobs.
