The story goes that by Noura, Fareed means Nariman, the Queen of Egypt at the time. She was a 16 year old when King Farouk married. He quickly reverted to his philandering and gambling. Thus she became Fareed's mistress. Moreover, when the King became angry with Fareed thus forbidding him from seeing her. Fareed responded by writing Mally Wi Oltilou. Meaning that he was still seeing the Queen. Although an interesting story, I doubt that its authenticity!
