dustinkstheftig, que tal y como estas es igual, si lo dices completo es: que tal estas? hay muchas formas de saludar en español; puedes decir; que tal estas? como estas? como te va? y ademas si te vas a america latina puede que te digan: que hubo? jajaja y en canarias te saludan asi: "que paso?
