  • KIA ORA CLIFF, you will rock as Fire Lord Ozai!

    Can't wait to see it.

  • I personally think that if the movie was EXACTLY like the show, it'd suck. Badly. Don't get me wrong, the show is my favorite cartoon/anime. Though, if he didn't change anything it'd be so boring. I'm glad it'll be the BASIC stuff, but I don't want EVERY SINGLE DETAIL the same.

  • I think he should watch the show. Fair enough M.Night is taking a slight diff approach on it. But the main source is the anime. I think its wrong if any of them decide not to watch it.

  • @miteshjiven He did watch it. With his daughter.

  • @ichigoxmarura15 Yeh i know, why i said him i don't no lol. It turns out the other cast have not seen it and find it better not to watch it as they'd rather take M.Nights approach to the characters.

  • Isn't the Fire Lord supposed to have LONG HAIR? he

  • Just to let you know, that's actually the Story writers and Paramount's fault. The writers because they make the plot up, and Paramount for approving it, not M Night's fault.

  • youre looking at this wrong. yes it is based off the avatar last airbender television cartoon, but its a different interpretation of it. its not gonna be exactly like the show. and he is sticking to the main plot. he just has to add and take things out.

  • @beccaxnoel

You are right, If only people could realise it... unfortunately when you adapt things (TV-movie or books-TV etc) they can't always be 'to a T', as there are copyright problems and artistic differential views on it... just look at what happened with True Blood. All the Charlaine Harris book fans were up in arms when it first screened, because of the changes, but when you actually watch it it's brilliantly done.

Here's hoping Shyamalan can pull it off, I can't wait for it.

  • uhmm what are you talking about? :O

  • @tophat95 How'd you know it doest not stick with it IF ITS NOT EVEN OUT YOU BULLSHITTER!?

Your comment was and will always be catergorized as: SPAM!

Stop this! Did you know that the creators and writers of this movie is the two creators and writers and drawers of the original one! THE ONES WHO CREATED THE CHARACTERS AND THE STORYLINE! So just wait and it will be damn good think. But some does not have unlimted options and sometimes they got to make it a little different than what it based.

  • @Luka1180 Um why dont you shut the hell up and read the freaking info box. It says it in plain black and white, or are you too stupid to read? It says the actors weren't even allowed to watch the show bc the movie was going to be nothing like it and M Night didn't want the show to influence their character. So I guess I'm not the bullshitter here, you douchebag.

  • For god's sake watch the tv series! If you're going to do this at least have the sense to know the subject matter before it gets completely changed!

  • cool. xD

  • Except he's not the Darth Vader character. That's Zuko. He's the evil emperor in all this, there is no redemption for him.

  • wats the song

  • it's the end credit song in Avatar

  • the reason I putted the "evil" fire lord ozai, just to make it realistic

  • o-o hes not the evil type at all!

  • How is the Last Airbender like Star Wars? :/

  • the idea of jedi's and siths is inherited from asian culture, and it also has a big fanbase.

Personally, sw is the movie i find most common with tla

  • Jedi and Seth is in all cultures. One is evil and other is good. This story base is in every culture =)

  • i mean the idea of jedi's and siths. Gaining power from rage, all the mistics...that's all from chinese culture.

  • " Gaining power from rage, all the mistics" once agian you can find this in every culture. Only Asian influence I heard of in star wars is from Hinduism. The force is the Hindu "God" not really a god,but its like a invicible force or something(heard to expain). Look it up =)

  • it will be epic like star wars!

  • its an epic story.. like good vs evil kind of stuff genocide and all that is in star wars

  • but doesn't ozai come in the second book? like he is on the first but he has little parts...so...

  • yeah, he has some little parts in the first book

  • ozai doesnt even have a real role until the 3rd book.....

until then only a silluhette or shadow of him is seen

and he hardly has any lines

  • Yeah but they might give him bigger parts in this movie since they're sort of changing the storyline so all characters might be introduced in the first one..except for Toph that is.

  • @rock00098 Oh thats not really right. I think you'd hear him many times, but never see him in the first "Books" (seasons) isn't it right sometimes there is a character who had helped him to try to destroy the Avatar (Aang) but fails and then begs in front of him or something ;) ?

  • @rfxrlf

when are the Agni Kai flashbacks? Are they Book 1? I can't remember, need to do a marathon to re-immerse myself.

  • @dizeee

The Agni Kai between Zuko and Ozai is in book 1

but the Agni Kai between Zuko and Azula is in book 3 :)

Love the movie xD (it does not have to

  • @dizeee

it does not have to be the same as in the series (forgot to say :) ) xD lol

  • WOOT! that costume sounds really cool, I can't wait to see it!

  • hes not "Evil"...

  • Cool.

  • Oh men I can't wait to see his Fire Lord Costume!
