  • how do you record the video and use the audio from the jamvox for the audio

  • How is this a "review" and not a commercial? I agree with the DeMarco bashing comments. Sounds and looks like Eddie Haskell with a mop on his head.

I've been looking at the reviews. Seems to have a problem with Macs.

  • seriously, that DeMarco guy really needs to do something about the faces he makes when he's playing.. I've never been so inclined to smack someone in the teeth, aside from the singer of REM, as I am with this cat. It doesn't look cool, it doesn't help with your absolutely atrocious style/technique, you look fake. You're a salesman of the worst kind, and I'm not buying.

  • @paulyissue wait till u see alex hutchings.. i think its fun looking at their faces when they play.

  • Work with Macs?

  • @ocdist yea

  • Can you send tones from jamvox to a vox tonelab st?

  • does it have drum loops built in too allow for recording your own music

  • Anything the ShitMarco brothers recommend is worth a pass... I was thinking of getting this because it's really cheap but i would rather get some beer and some smoke and call it a day... I have the ToneLab SE anyway. I do love that. At least it doesn't sound like bee's in a can.

  • can you pull out the vocal and guitar and then safe it so you have a backing?

  • @TheMagnumGuitar not really

  • Is it able to record your own songs with this one ?

  • Does this work with a GNU/Linux OS ?

  • If you rout it to a PA or monitors, can you use your own amp as apposed to the moddeling?

  • That has to be good old Johnny DeMarco's brother. Holy shit there cant possibly be two of those clowns? Is this a good bit of kit? I have a Boss Gt10 and I use Audacity to record. Any point getting this?

  • johnny and freddy are brothers

  • i'm thinking of buying this it looks really good. A few questions though does this keep the singing in while taking the guitar out? also if there are 2 guitars in a song will it remove them both? thanks

  • how does this compare sound wise to guitar rig?

  • Does jamvox works in windows 7 ?

  • I want to know this aswell

  • yup really work.. i use it.. quite nice

  • how can you record with it using the computer

  • Does anybody tried it with bass?

  • does this REALLY cancel out any guitar parts from the mix?

  • it wont cancel it out fully it'll quiten it. You've got to do it by yourself really though.

  • @lyndsayiu5

It doesn't work on all songs either. And the recording end sucks. But the effects are good.

  • I have it, and it's wonderful to play with it at home.

Also very usefull for recording at home, you can get cuasi-proffesional records.

  • How do you record with it? I'm debating between this and the GuitarPod by Line6

  • You can record with provided software that comes with the JamVox, but i usually use other software to record, using ASIO drivers. ( AudioSoft, Adobe Audition...).

Also can use it to mix with other softwares, like BandInABox, or other proffesional ones...

I like it, but the unique problem that i see is that must be used with a pc, or a notebook, can not be used alone.

  • with AudioSoft, i meant AudaCity, sorry for the mistake,

  • i just tried this at our local music store and there is one thing to say.! if you like to play guitar, get this program!!. it's just awesome, and you can at the same times record with it. and it's cheap 2

  • seems pretty cool.
