@ixy1987 From my experiense, i gained some fat that i didnt like, but i wasnt on diet so i suppose with diet you ll get less fat but the strength that giives you worth it kinda. My opinion after 7 years in gym is, take everything from food. you ll see slower results but with way more quality, after i stopped creatine i kept maybe 40 % of the pump and fat which was difficult to lose. Hope to gave you an idea.
@mitchmovieproduction no its not but i understand why you might think that. iv only just started taking creatine and im on day 4 of the loading phase. it gives you a massive benifit in energy stores. when i nlift weights ( im a beginer so nothing amazing) i finish a session because iv ripped my muscles and cant do any more and not because im tired i actually feel fresh. creatine is making a differance to me i did have biceps that had tiny lumps but now i can see the lumps clearly. well worth it!
