  • Really like 'we're open tonight', I especially like the big bass thuds. Can't say I have ever been fond of 'to you', I think this could have been replaced by 'Cage'. There are enough rock songs on Back to the egg. This track is a bit surplus.

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • McCartney, great as he is, is still underrated as far as I am concerned. He has the greatest rock and roll voice in history. So versatile and appealing in so many ways. Not to take anything away from Lennon's solo work, but I am tired of the criticism for McCartney's work. He has far too many great songs to keep track of.

  • @Tuy19299 Couldn't agree more, my friend.

  • Wow....Have been looking for it for a long time. Thanks for uploading.

  • amazing song

  • "We're Open Tonight"'s guitar reminded me of Lennon's "Beautiful Boy"... hhhmm.

  • @Dios67 Yet that song was released the year after Back to the Egg...

  • @Kieronoldham Yes, rock n' roll licks (all 3 chords) were patented long ago. They overlap sometimes. George knows all about this with "My Sweet Lord" and The Chiffons' "He's So Fine".
