If Ha-Shem would do all the things that we should do for ourselves, like solving the problem between the Jews and the Arabs, then none of us would have anything to work towards, and that's obviously NOT what Ha-Shem wants. All of the Arab countries need to condemn and prevent any terrorist organizations from carrying out their activities against Israel. THEN, ISRAEL and Arab states can come together to discuss problems and arrange for solutions. Terrorist attacks will only cause MORE problems.
