150 videos seem achievable. But that's not very challenging. How about making as many different types of videos as possible? Skits, mimes, artistic, musical, colourful, verbal, and I don't know what else.
And I think punishments seem... blase. Everyone's doing them, and YouTube becomes a place where people come to see other people make a fool of themselves. How about a quarterly (3 months) target reward?
But if you're bent on punishments, how about a video where you smile? :)

I too have been trying to work out where the hell I'm going with all this, more so than usual. Usually it's evident in the video whether you are enjoying what you are doing, so do what excites you most. if I had to choose though, more sketches

Hmm. Can I say everything? I do enjoy: Fail videos, the elephant, the skits, and the decode this ones. Yeah, that's pretty much most of what you do.
