Honestly, I think she played by ear, and it is probably the best I've heard. It may not even match with the song but come on guys,its not like she is even interested in this song! Cur her some slack,jeez,no need for the negative feedback..good job on the playing though :) *thumbs up*

You can search for other tuts instead...

But even if you don't like this version or find it wrong, it could still be useful. Focus on the parts you like and practice on those. It will help you.

i have a sheet and it is the same just in slow tempo the way you are playing it.

i think it is easyer to learn when you play this way :)
