@grondy2 Do lifts like military press and close grip bench press with your hands spaced about 10-12 inches apart.Do those exercises for a few weeks and then go back to regular benching,u should notice a increase in your benching.
pound them front deltoids hard! That's what I did for 5 months and when I finally got my bench a month ago, I benched 425 from the getgo and my old max was 350.

@HHH396 yeah i suppose i can video tape me doing the tricep pushdowns at the gym if my buddy gets me some free passes to go there again. i only go 90 degrees on tricep push downs tho bcuz i heard thats all ur suppose to go to or it will transfer the weight to ur shoulders instead. but i have a broken sternum atm so i cant really bench. did one set of 230x12 easy. i think im good for 300x6 maybe.and the cart is going good bro, needs a paint job after driving it like i stole it tho! lol
amazing job, 2010 is gonna be big, keep lifting heavy...you're a huge motivation for sure, i just recently got 305 on bench myself, with 275 x 4 :D once again, good work!
@HHH396 =) Well don't forget the program is awesome for sure but working out is only half the battle. Food intake is crucial for good results. I've been on a constant kcal surplus these last two years. A program only does so much for you it's what you do in between sessions, in terms of food intake, that count's equally as much. Take away one of the two and you'll fall flat on your stomach. I know you and Bretzzer knows this... but i don't want some young gun to think it's all about the program.
@dribbledrool Oh I agree with that completely.All my recent gains over the last 6 months have been because of a lot of eating and weight gain.Most people fail because they don't eat enough! They think all they have to do is lift.....like u say, that's only a part of it!
