Very nice! Though they are like that, they are really nice and loving people... Actually I met a guy like him a community college when I was getting my ID, he introduced himself properly and so did I. We talked and he was very friendly and nice. One time I watched him driving during his driving lesson and he was so happy.. Priceless joy in their faces=)

My aunt had a son with Down Syndrome once. She took him on a trip to China and left him there with strangers whom she asked to watch him while she used the washroom. Then she left for home without him. We always wondered whatever became of him. That was like 12 years ago. My guess is the kid is in some type of group home being well taken care of!

@Belial690 Downs Syndrome or Trisomy 21 is a genetic defect caused by having an extra 21 chromosome. Since it is a genetic defect, it causes that presentation. Although some with DS (downs syndrome) have milder forms it just depends on the case) However, all forms cause some form of MR (mental retardation).
