This honestly made me cry.. because Ive had this conversation with someone I love the most that isnt going to be back for a very long time.. I miss you.
"You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
That quote from Christopher Robin to Pooh will always remind me of my sister. When I was in a depressed state in my life, my sister thought about me and gave me a card with Winnie the Pooh on it that read that quote. I have never forgotten that and it still makes me teary eyed when I think of it, it was very touching.
"You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think" I'll say these lines to my children when they're hope is gone and when they fall and give up.
I love things like this..i try so hard to tell my friends how much the mean to me but they just brush it off..it makes me sad that they just dont understand.
my best friends name is wint, so i call him wintie the pooh, or pooh bear, and i feel like this dialoge could be something between me and him............soooo im gonna write it down and give it to him, but he probably wont think of it as important as i do...:'( itll be okay i suppose...im used to it:'/
This has always made me emotional...but not as much now cuz im older (im 12) I used to cry loads when i was young. And at the end when poo gets left down at that ice place in the cave i still cry on that scene sort of :(
Awwww! This scene popped up in my head during school while I was having a hard time on my school work. Don't know how I suddenly heard this in my mind, but it was soo sweet! Lol! My mind can be cute sometimes :3
@jairocify I feel you man. Some days I imagine curling up in a ball and then disappearing, then reappearing in the hundred acre woods, and living there forever. Wouldn't that be so beautiful?
"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together. There is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart, I'll always be with you.
Maybe it's just that I can relate to Winnie the Pooh so much in the final part, where Christopher Robin explains he has to go off to school, and won't have time for Pooh any more. Pooh is left, abandoned in the woods.
i watched this movie last night! brought back so many memories! i think b4 i watched it last night. that it had been like.....10 years. or at least 9 or 8. it was B4 i got to a double digit age
I used to love Winnie the Pooh and all, but Pooh seems quite rude, interrupting Christopher Robin, not listening to what he says, falling asleep mid conversation..
@RuskinSabereflow this reminds me of my best friend, too! We grew apart, sadly, but we always watched this movie together when we were little. Gosh, memories TT__TT
Why does anyone focus on the accents when the message is so much more clearly important? Did you ever think that they were not from the same place? Anyway... for all you wise ones watching this, the message is the core... right? I would hope so for anyone watching this and anyone who saw the whole movie.. Brilliantly epic... the tao of Pooh lives on...
@PNC123456 Oh No No No No . Yes they do, don't ever think that pure sweet things don't exist because they do exist. :):) Remember that and Never doubt. :)
Honestly ... I don't know what to say other than... This has got to be one of the Best youtube's I've seen in quite a while... who hasn't needed to hear those words that CR tells Pooh???
@Jifcrunch79 Well disney gave christopher robin a british accent because the real christopher robin was from english. I guess pooh bear just has an american accent because they could'nt find a british accent for him? =/
@Jifcrunch79 i don't know really christopher robin was 8 years old in 1926 when the books were original written he grew up in america but back then a lot of people still had britain accents but as time went buy and more people came to the country the britain accent we all carred got mixed together with the spanish, french, and chinese, which eventualy gave birth to the american accents we all have today
this made me cry D': reminds me of things..
