So no reason to do that for marketing reasons = no reason to waste money = no real cars.

I doubt that they'll allow Grand Theft Auto have a that ability since its a bad influence.

If they were to use the brands without the company's permission, then it could be classified as a copyright.

So it's not really up to them..

what's an EVO IIV? theres no such number as IIV. these are the roman numbers, from 1 to 10:

I (1), II (2), III (3), IV (4), V (5), VI (6), VII (7), VIII (8), IX (9), X (10).

there's no IIV , that would mean 3 but there's no such number!! only VII which is 7.

learn the roman numbers before you type something very stupid. this game is GTA IV, with means GTA4: IV=4

how this works? its like saying:

-1+5=IV = 4

-1+10= IX= 9

or 5+3= VIII= 8

You see what i mean?

@DesertLion2002 well i have modded a few other games so this is all the advice i can give.

When i was modding GTA:SA with cleo mods it required me to use the cleo client or else the game froze at loading, and other mistakes i can think of are that you may have the wrong version of the mod, wrong version of the game required for the mod, or the mod requires to much RAM and you pc can't handle it.
