I don't think their getting it right even 95% of the time. Seriously. Some long-term nursing facilities are severely understaffed, sometimes to save the facility money. This increases the risk of med errors, falls, injuries, malnourishement, dehydration, pressure sores. The nurse is left as the fall guy, why the big wigs get paid and keep their hands clean at the patient's expense. Be careful if choosing a long term care facility for a family member. Be very selective.
I was under the impression that this was a tutorial on medication errors. FAIL! But thanks for the ad! Smh..
