City Park has a walking trail & bocce courts - Italian Heritage Festival has a bocce tournament on our courts - and we have men's & women's bocce leagues. July 4 the Community Band performs at the park & will be fireworks. Citywide Yard Sale in August, Frontier Days in September, Homecoming in October, Veteran's Day Parade in November, Christmas Parade in December. Come join Kiwanis. Join instead of complaining Nothing To Do!
lol i live there its pretty boreing lol at least lhs has the best gym in the county, lol ive had a dewrag on b4 and didnt get arrested i fall under the 0.00001 black in enterprise, shinnston , lumberport, and spelter
Yes, one rarely sees a dewrag in Shinnston on anyone other than a motorcycle rider getting comfortable under his/her helmet. There are festivals and small community activities throughout the year. A museum, rail-trail, park & pool, activities park, Little League, Pop Warner, & Jerry West basketball, championship grade high school sports, community band, Farmers Market in season - yes, there is nothing to do in Shinnston.
