@Hatejews1 Some do, some don't. Serious racers use an auto for consistent times at the track. It's also very hard - if not impossible - to manually change gears as fast as an automatic. I've won some pretty close races simply because my auto changes gears quicker than my manual opponents. Most modern sports cars don't utilize traditional manual gearboxes anymore; they've opted to used more sophisticated/faster automatics with sequential gear changes via paddles and such.

blowers not realy loud its just probaly running a good overdrive ratio. the reason Ive never run blower on street Im dragrace raised OD starts around 45% and goes up. If think its loud need to sit a finish line and listen to alcohol cars coming towards you. New screw blowers run 120% plus OD and realy whine on shift points of 9000 plus rpm(21000 to 22000 rpm for blower) add in the geardrive which is also probaly part of what you hear from video.

if you dont like the blower whine, drill some 1/8 inch or smaller holes in each tooth/cog on the blower pulley, will let air escape from between the belt and pully w/out the whine, just a hint, and fix your damn taillight, it would be a shame to get a ticket with that, for a stupid burnt out lightbulb
