The Live-Performance model LX is the latest creation by Wayne Stahnke. Wayne has been designing and building high resolution piano recording/playback systems for the last 35 years. With over 1020 levels of keynote dynamics, it features incremental proportional sustain pedaling (256 positions).
The LX would not be possible if it were not for the latest advancements in F.P.G.A. (Field Programmable Gate Array) circuitry and Waynes ingenious power supply design methods. Wayne has three patents on the LXs brilliantly designed power supply.
Unlike other retrofit piano systems the LX is not based on MIDI protocol instructions but on a radical design theory named Toggle Register Polynomial. This design theory is what allows the LX to faithfully reproduce every keynote nuance and proportional sustain pedaling.
amazingly live , fantastic creation!
