When I first got out on my own around the age of 19, everything I owned fit in a box about the size of 2 cases of oranges. I've accumulated so much stuff over the past 3 decades. Now I want to get rid of the majority of the stuff. I'm tired of the excess and the dust collectors.

I love those shows on hoarders.. it always makes me clean and throw away stuff. I'm going to go watch it on A&E online. I had a mega garage sale (just last weekend) and sold a bunch of my clutter for a quarter a thing. I got rid of loads of stuff and got some cash out of the deal.
My memaw was a hoarder.
I helped clean up her house after she died, there was a closet full of discarded paper towells among other things.

I considered joining a trappist monestary and can honestly say I heard no complaints. However they rejected me for smoking, its a bad habit.
